Official: Russia to re-launch tourist cashback program on Jan 18
MOSCOW, Dec 13 (PRIME) -- Russia will launch another season of local tourism support programs with partial refunds (cashback) on January 18, 2022 and the program will last until April 12 head of Russia’s Federal Tourism Agency Zarina Doguzova said on Monday.
“I’m very excited to announce the continuation of our travel cashback program in 2022. Sales for the program will start on January 18 and run for almost three months, until April 12. Travel will be available immediately from the first day of sales through April 30,” Doguzova said.
In 2022, the fall phase of the program is also planned, beginning in October, she said.
The basic conditions of the program remain unchanged: 20% of the cost of the trip, up to 20,000 rubles, will be returned to the Mir debit card from which the payment was made within five days.
